01. Professional Conduct

Teachers are expected to wear attire that reflects the school's professional standards and values. 

This includes modest, neat, and appropriate clothing that aligns with school culture

  • Ethical Behavior

 All interactions with students, parents, and colleagues should be honest, respectful, and free from favoritism or discrimination.


02. Classroom Management


 Timely Start and End of Classes

           Teachers must begin and end classes punctually to ensure effective use of instructional time.

Discipline Techniques

Use positive behavior management strategies and enforce rules consistently without resorting to harsh punishment.


03. Academic Responsibilities


a. Lesson Planning

Prepare well-structured lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and student needs.

b. Fair Assessment

Ensure assessments are unbiased and align with learning objectives. Provide timely feedback.

04. Communication


a. Parent Interaction

Maintain open, respectful, and timely communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

b. Responsiveness

Respond to emails, messages, and administrative requests promptly.

05. Attendance & Punctuality


a. Regular Attendance

Teachers must report to work consistently and on time unless there's a valid reason.

b. Leave Protocol

Notify administration in advance and follow proper procedures when requesting leave.



06. Student Welfare

Teachers are obligated to report any signs of bullying, abuse, or neglect to school authorities.
