While Coming to school...


  1. Be punctual. Latecomers must bring a parent’s note, and attendance at the school prayer is compulsory.

  2. Come in complete and neat school uniform with black shoes, socks, belt, ID card, and proper hairstyle.

  3. Greet and respect all teachers and maintain good behaviour on campus.

  4. Park bicycles neatly in the allotted place and do not leave the campus without permission.

  5. Bring your diary and books as per the timetable and avoid long nails, nail polish, or make-up.

During Class Hours...


  1. Listen carefully to the teacher and actively participate by asking doubts when needed.

  2. Do not leave the classroom or campus during class hours without permission.

  3. Move between classrooms quietly and in an orderly manner.

  4. No eating, sleeping, or littering in the classroom or school premises.

  5. Speak in English on campus, maintain positive behaviour, and record homework and test details in your diary.

During Break Time...


  1. Use the restroom quietly and in an orderly manner.

  2. Move in single lines and follow queues in all places.

  3. Do not write or draw on walls or damage school property.

  4. Report any damage immediately to the teacher or school office.

  5. No shouting, playing inside buildings, or entering other classrooms.

During Lunch Time...


  1. Label your lunch bag and keep it in the allotted place.

  2. Avoid wasting or spilling food and keep the area clean.

  3. Have lunch only in your classroom.

  4. Use a food towel for your tiffin box and clean the place after eating.

  5. Maintain silence and good manners while eating.

While Going out of the School...


  1. Students should leave the classroom and school quietly in an orderly manner.

  2. Students should go straight home and avoid unnecessary roaming or chatting.

  3. If the transport fails to pick up, the student will be sent only with the parents.

  4. An out pass is compulsory for students who leave the campus with permission during school hours.

Health Issues...


  1. Parents are requested not to send students to school if they are ill.

  2. In case of an emergency, first aid will be given and parents will be informed immediately.

  3. Students should inform the teacher immediately if they feel unwell during school hours.

  4. Students should maintain personal hygiene and keep the surroundings clean.

General Disciplinary Actions...


  1. Students must maintain good discipline and avoid any activity harmful to the reputation or interest of the institution.

  2. Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, expensive items, toys, playing cards, fireworks, sharp objects, chewing gum, and similar items are strictly prohibited unless permitted by the teacher.

  3. Students must not write on or damage school walls, furniture, or any school property and should keep the premises neat and clean.

  4. Running, playing, or shouting inside classrooms or corridors is not allowed. Students should remain in their classrooms or library and engage in self-study when free.

  5. Students must stand up and greet the Principal, teachers, or elders when they enter the classroom.

  6. Students should practice good manners by using the words “Please”, “Thank you”, “Sorry”, and “Excuse me”.

  7. Bringing sweets, cakes, gifts, fancy stationery, fancy watches, or game pencil boxes to school is not permitted.

  8. Students are not allowed to come to school in self-driven vehicles; only bicycles are permitted.

  9. Students are responsible for their personal belongings and should keep them properly labelled. The school is not responsible for lost items.

  10. Violence, damaging school property, or using unfair means in examinations will lead to strict disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion. No attendance will be given during suspension.

Attendance...


  1. Students should be punctual and maintain regular attendance.

  2. Continuous absence for 15 days without information will result in the student’s name being removed from the school register.

  3. The student may be readmitted only after a satisfactory explanation and payment of all dues with a readmission fee of ₹1000.

  4. Irregular attendance, misconduct, or disobedience to authority may lead to dismissal from the school.

Fees...


School fees should be paid in three instalments.

  1. First instalment – At the time of admission.

  2. Second instalment – Before the Quarterly Examination.

  3. Third instalment – Before the Half-Yearly Examination.

  4. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in the student not being permitted to attend classes or examinations until the dues are cleared.
